Here's a list of the steps required to remove and reinstall the engine in my car. It's not complete by any means so use it at your own risk. Note that the sequence includes the removal of a Powerdyne supercharger. I'm planning making refinements to the list when time permits.    --Mike

Step Instruction Wrench Size Torque
Working inside the car:
103 remove shift knob
104 remove shifter boot and leather
105 remove bolts in rear bottom console 10mm
106 remove the bolt in the center of console 10mm
107 remove console bezel, glove box light, ashtray light and cigarette lighter connector
108 remove the console shell
109 remove the screws securing the rubber shifter dust boot 7mm
110 remove four bolts securing the shifter 1/2"
111 remove the shifter:
112 remove the supercharger bracket and brace 7/32 Allen
113 remove coil bracket and stud from left front cylinder head. 9/16
114 remove the 6 bolts securing water pump and remove the pump 14mm
(stud is on the left middle mounting hole)
115 remove the water pump drive coupling; groove goes toward motor.
116 Attach the hoist to the cylinder heads at the second pair
of intake manifold bolt holes from the front of the engine.
117 remove engine mount thru-bolts 18mm nut, 15mm bolt
118 remove the transmission mount to crossmember bolt 5/8
119 remove 4 transmission crossmember to frame bolts 15mm
120 remove motor mount to block bolts; 3 per side 9/16
121 remove motor mount to frame bolts; 3 per side 1/2
122 remove the engine from the car (with the transmission attached)
123 remove 8 bolts securing the transmission to bell housing 15mm
124 remove the 6 bolts securing the bell housing to block 15mm
125 remove the 6 bolts securing the clutch disk and pressure plate 9/16
126 remove 6 bolts securing flywheel to crank 9/16
127 place the motor on the engine stand
128 remove the bracket from left rear cylinder head 14mm
129 remove the steam relief line from rear of cylinder heads 15mm
130 remove 3 bolts securing Optispark 3/8
131 remove coolant temp sensor from left head 13/16
132 remove plug wire bracket from left side of block 3/8
133 remove plug wire bracket from right side of block 3/8, 1/2 (stud and nut goes aft)
134 remove crank hub; (bolt gets spacer and washer) 5/8
135 remove the timing chain cover 8 bolts, 3/8
136 remove the oil level sender from oil pan
137 remove the left and right oil pan reinforcements
138 with the engine inverted, begin at the front left side (drivers)  work clockwise
removing the 1/2 stud, 5-3/8 bolts, 1-3/8 bolt and clamp, 1-3/8 bolt, 2-1/2 nuts,
4-3/8 bolts, 1-3/8 stud, 2-3/8 bolts, 1-1/2 stud  
139 remove the oil pan
140 remove oil filter adapter from block 7/16
141 remove all rocker arms and pushrods 7/16 Allen; 3/8
142 remove right cylinder head, note the presence of the water 5/8
jacket plug between the number 6 and 8 spark plug hole
143 remove left cylinder head 5/8
144 remove oil pressure sender; back top of block 19mm
145 remove lifter hold down clamp 3 nuts 1/2 (notch is aft)
146 remove lifter retainers and lifters
147 remove rear main seal 3 bolts 3/8, 1 nut 7/16
148 remove cam sprocket and chain 3 bolts 1/2
149 remove water pump drive gear 2 # 30 torx
